Because our products are digital or personalized services, all sales are generally final once digital access has been provided or work on a personalized reading has begun.
Digital Tarot Decks
Digital tarot decks are delivered electronically. Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges after the download link or digital access has been provided.
If you experience a technical problem accessing your files, please contact us and we will help you resolve the issue.
Personalized Saju Readings
Personalized Saju readings are created specifically for each customer using the birth information provided at checkout.
You may request a cancellation before we begin preparing your reading. Once preparation of your personalized reading has started, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded.
Completed personalized readings are non-refundable because they are custom-made digital services.
Duplicate Orders or Payment Issues
If you accidentally place the same order more than once, are charged incorrectly, or believe there is a payment error, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review the transaction.
Incorrect Customer Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate birth details and other requested information. We cannot guarantee a free replacement or refund if a reading is created using incorrect information supplied by the customer.
If you notice an error in your information before your reading has been prepared, please contact us as soon as possible.
Technical Issues
If a digital file, download link, or delivered PDF cannot be accessed due to a technical issue, we will provide reasonable assistance or a replacement access link where appropriate.
