Welcome to Moonjip. These terms apply when you use our website or purchase our products.

1. About Moonjip

Moonjip is operated by MUK IZMIR LLC. We create personalized books using the birth details and other personalization information supplied with each order.

The product page describes what is included in your purchase.

2. Personalized Products

Our books are created and printed individually for each order.

Please provide accurate names, birth dates, birth times, birth locations, gift messages, and delivery details. The accuracy of the calculations depends on the information you provide.

If you notice an error after ordering, contact hello@moonjip.com immediately. Changes may not be possible once preparation has begun.

Product images show sample books. Your book’s personalization and content will reflect your order. Minor differences in printed colors may occur because screens and printing processes display colors differently.

3. Book Content

Our astrology and numerology content explores traditional symbolic interpretations for personal reflection and enjoyment. It does not establish scientific facts about your personality or guarantee particular life outcomes.

The content is not medical, legal, financial, psychological, or other professional advice.

4. Orders & Payments

By ordering, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and that your order information is accurate.

Prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise indicated. Applicable shipping charges and taxes are shown at checkout.

If we cannot fulfill an order, suspect an unauthorized transaction, or identify a material pricing error, we may contact you or cancel the order. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the amount paid for that order.

5. Preparation & Delivery

Your purchase is a physical book unless the product page explicitly states otherwise.

Personalization, printing, and shipping are separate stages. Please review our Shipping & Delivery Policy for preparation times and delivery information.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates.

6. Refunds & Cancellations

Our Refund & Cancellation Policy explains when cancellations, replacements, and refunds are available.

Because books are personalized and made to order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind. This does not limit your rights concerning damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied products, or any other rights under applicable law.

7. Intellectual Property

Moonjip’s original artwork, book layouts, written content, branding, and website materials are owned by or licensed to MUK IZMIR LLC unless otherwise stated.

Purchasing a book does not transfer intellectual property rights. You may keep or give the physical book as a gift, but may not reproduce or commercially distribute our protected content without permission, except where permitted by law.

8. Acceptable Use

You must not use our website for unlawful or fraudulent purposes, interfere with its security or operation, or submit content that infringes another person’s rights.

If you provide another person’s information to personalize a book, please make sure you have permission to do so.

9. Privacy & Service Providers

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and disclose personal information.

We use Shopify to operate our store and Gelato to print and fulfill orders. Other service providers may assist with payments, delivery, and related operations.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Moonjip and MUK IZMIR LLC are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website or reliance on the book’s symbolic interpretations.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms by publishing a revised version on this page. The terms in effect when you place your order apply to that purchase, unless otherwise required by law or agreed with you.
